Were you raised under the myth that all fat was bad? So was I, so many people were and that is why we are so addicted to sugar/carbs, because we are a society that thrives off the belief that, “WE MUST HAVE CARBS TO SURVIVE”. This is NOT true!

Last August (2018) I decided to take a chance that maybe, just maybe, I was wrong all of these years. So I decided to take the advice of Abel James, or you may know him as, “The Fat Burning Man”, and try Paleo. The Paleo diet is so simple, it is truly just taking our bodies back to how we as primal beings used to eat. Which is high fats (nuts/seeds), veggies and meat. Crazy simple right? YES! It was so simple, that not even six months later, I was down over thirty pounds.

Now I did use the buzz word, “diet”, but I just mean the way we eat, not something you try and give up when it gets a little tough. The Paleo diet is a very sustainable lifestyle. I know this, because I have been eating/living this way since last August and I am down forty-two pounds. Ya’ll that’s like two big watermelons of fat. That’s A-LOT! So what is my number one secret to losing weight? Fatty coffee!

Haha I know what you’re thinking, but when you put whipping cream, oils (MCT, avocado), butter, in your food/drinks, all of those are fats. What if I told you, I drink a Paleo (healthy) approved Pumpkin Spice Latte every morning and it keeps me full until lunch? What I put in my coffee is THE recipe to my weight-loss success. Ingredients

  • 12 oz Coffee
  • 1 tsp Ghee or MCT Oil
  • 2-3 tsp's of Whipping Cream
  • 1-2 tsp's cinnamon or spice of choice
  • 1 tsp of coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp Unflavored Collagen (11g Protein)

Instructions

Start by brewing your 12 oz of coffee (We love Black Rifle, because it is veteran owned and delicious), and then pour in the other ingredients in the blender. When your coffee is done brewing, add it to your blender, mix, and pour it into your favorite cup! Welcome to heaven! 🙂
